The assembly line of the automotive steering column tube assembly is a brand new semi-automatic production line. The equipment consists of a riveting machine for pressing the column tube assembly liner, a riveting and shaping machine for self-lubricating aluminum alloy seat bearing, a special machine for sending the upper gear plate and pin shaft, a special machine for pressing and riveting the upper gear plate, pin shaft and aluminum alloy seat, and a special machine for detecting the pressing force and depth of the upper and lower column tubes. The complete production line has the characteristics of reasonable process layout, high production efficiency, and accurate measurement quantity.
